Commercial Coffee Equipment Repair Resources
Practical answers about requesting service, preventive maintenance, equipment information and photos.
Practical information before requesting service.
Good information can make the first conversation more productive. These resources explain what to document, how preventive maintenance differs from daily cleaning and why equipment details matter.
Commercial coffee equipment FAQ
What should I send when requesting service?
Provide the equipment brand, exact model, service address, symptoms, error messages and when the problem began. Send photos of the full machine, data plate and error screen through WhatsApp.
Why do you need the model and serial tag?
Manufacturers use different components, controls and configurations across product lines. Accurate identification helps us understand which system is being discussed.
How do I pay for service?
Every visit closes with an invoice that carries a payment link, so it can be paid by credit card from any phone — no account to create and no portal to sign into. Service networks and multi-location accounts are invoiced against a purchase order on agreed terms.
Do you sell coffee or equipment?
No. Specialty Coffee Repair is focused on service, diagnostics, repair and preventive maintenance for commercial coffee equipment.
Do you work on residential machines?
Our focus is commercial equipment used in operating businesses and commercial environments.
How often is preventive maintenance needed?
The appropriate interval depends on manufacturer requirements, machine design, beverage volume, water conditions, cleaning practices and operating environment.
Can water quality affect equipment?
Water conditions can influence scale, flow, heating and beverage performance. Follow the equipment and filtration manufacturer requirements and document any changes in water supply or filtration.
Should I stop using equipment that leaks or smells unusual?
Follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and your facility procedures. If there is an electrical, overheating, burning-smell or uncontrolled-leak concern, disconnect or isolate the equipment only when it is safe and authorized to do so, then request professional service.
