Placement and start-up

Commercial Coffee Equipment Installation and Commissioning

Site survey, placement, plumbing, electrical connection, commissioning and operator handover for commercial coffee equipment across South Florida.

A machine that starts right calls for service less.

How a machine is installed decides how it behaves for its first year. We survey the site before the equipment arrives, place and connect it, commission it under load, and hand it over to the people who will use it every day. The work is independent of where the equipment was bought: Specialty Coffee Repair sells no coffee and no machines.

Before delivery

Site Survey

Power, water, drainage and clearance checked against the equipment specification before it arrives, so delivery day does not become a list of surprises.

Placement and connection

Installation

Positioning, plumbing, drainage and electrical connection, with filtration sized for the water supply the machine will actually run on.

First run

Commissioning

Pressure, temperature and flow verified, grind and dose calibrated, the machine run through its cycles, and the readings recorded before it goes into service.

Handover

The people who use it every day decide how long it lasts.

Commissioning ends with the staff, not with the machine. We walk the operators through the daily cleaning routine, what the equipment expects of them and which symptoms are worth a call early rather than late.

What we need before a survey

  • Equipment make and model
  • Site address and delivery access
  • Existing water supply and filtration
  • Available power at the location
  • Target date for going live

Installation and commissioning FAQ

Do you install equipment you did not sell?

Yes. This is a service-only company and it sells no coffee and no machines, so installation is independent of where the equipment came from.

Is water treatment part of the installation?

It is part of the survey. Water conditions drive most of what fails later, so filtration is sized against the supply at that address rather than assumed from the equipment specification alone.

Can you relocate or decommission a machine?

Yes. Decommissioning, relocation and reinstallation at a new site are the same work in a different order, and the survey still comes first.

What happens if the site is not ready on delivery day?

The survey exists to prevent that. Where something is still outstanding, we document what is missing, complete what can be completed and schedule the commissioning for when the site is ready.
